Buddhist Sites

Various Buddhist temples in Tripura offer visitors a scope to have spiritual relief. Most of the temples have heritage Buddha idols from parts of Myanmar. VenubanVihar in Agartala, Udayan Buddha Vihara in the district of North Tripura, and Manu Bakul Buddha Temple in the South Tripura district - are some famous Buddhist shrines in the state. Devotees from Thailand, Japan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and different parts of the country visit these sites.
