Mim Kut

Mim Kut is a vibrant festival celebrated during August or September after the harvest of maize. It is also called the maize festival and is Love-Live for Life Festival. The people celebrate this day with great zeal; they summon their ancestors and pay homage to the deceased. They offer half of the harvest as a token to the soul of their dead ancestors.
