Awantipora

Awantipora ruins feature an ancient site near Pahalgam. It is a remnant of a group of ancient Hindu temples constructed by King Awanti Varman, the ruler of Jammu and Kashmir in the 9th Century. The temples of Awantipora ruins are dedicated to the Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva.
