Gol Gumbaz

Gol Gumbaz, one of the famous sites of Bijapur, is the tomb of Sultan Mohammed Adil Shah. The site is situated in the core town area of Bijapur. Known as the structural triumph of Deccan architecture, this tomb was built in 1656 by the royal architect Yaqut.
